I just checked her website and it is her older videos on sale. Out of the ones on sale the ones i like best are ultimate bootcamp and killer floorwork, but do realize the quality of these videos is poor. my top recommendations for mindy videos would be extreme intervals, slammin sports cardio and action packed workouts. these videos are not on sale though.
