MIC variation

Ok Cathe fans, I've done MIC 3 x;s and it just doesn't get easier does it. When I asked everyone about the most intense/advance cardio tape of hers, you guys weren't kidding.

Here's my questions for you guys, I have a really hard time finishing the step routine without feeling EXTREMELY wiped and really struggling through the last 10 min. or so, I have a easy time with the floor workout, I was thinking doing the step part of the tape first then the floor. Has anyone else done this tape this way, and if so, how do you like it?

Hi, Lori! Altho I love the MIC step routine, I'm not a big fan of the Hi/Lo segment, so I only do the step routine part of it. I think you've got a good idea to try the step segment first, and then go back to the floor segment and do as much as you can of that.

I dislike the Hi/Lo also. So, I try to get it over with, I could never do it if I didn't do it first.
 
Just a suggestion, take it or leave it...you might look at the Hi/Lo part as a nice opportunity to crosstrain, like as in Circuitmax. Don't know if that helps, but it's a thought.
