MIC 2 and Imax 4

I, for one, would love to see some more hi/lo from Cathe (it's athletic, intense, and never a spacehog). MIC 2 would give us just that.

And, because the Imaxes are never, ever let downs, I'd love to see another Imax at some point.

(Perhaps undertaking MIC 2 and Imax 4 in one series, however, is asking too much - that'd be a lot of intensity!)

Ooooh ooohhh oooooh! I second this one! I would LOVE another MIC! Cathe--your hi/lo is unbelievable! The smile never leaves my face the entire time!

I fourth this vote. I just recently did the original MIC and I had to break it down. I did the warm-up, step and cool down with weights from another video and alternated it with warm-up, hi/lo and cool down with weights from another video. Your hi/lo without the step is very intense. I definately get a more intense workout without the step. Of course your step routines are intense too, but the hi/lo is very intense. And of course I love the IMAX's, so IMAX 4 would be great. Especially with the new DVD software coming out.

I think Cathe and the crew can do it! And if they are paired with two lower-impact (but still high intensity workouts), maybe we could as well!

I would LOVE for Imax 4 to be a cross between Imax 2, Imax 3, and Low Max...different moves but mixing in the basic/athletic with some dancy with some high intensity low impact (spaced after a tough high intensity higher impact interval) and some rockin' music. Take the time to develop and pick out music that toally matches the moves of the workout or to develop the moves to the music...however it works. I would love for the music to have a driving beat and just make you want to do the workout.

Bring it on, bring it on, bring it on!!!

I'd love to see an Imax that was a bit more like the first Imax (I personally find intervals that use the floor as opposed to the step more challenging), but Imax 3 is my favorite of the 3, and Imax 2 has such a fabulous fun factor to it, so no matter what Cathe does I know I won't be disappointed.

As for MIC 2 - I'd love to see some straightforward athletic cardio, followed by intense steady state step, ending (as the original did) with a step blast!

Woo hoo!!!
