Hi Stacy,
I'm really not sure what results I'm getting from this rotation. I'm only going into week 4 beginning tomorrow (super sets), but the past 3 weeks has been weird for my body.
week 1 (circuits): I used BodyMax 2x and CircuitMax
week 2 (heavy): I used Slow & Heavy
week 3 (high reps): I used PowerHour
week 4 (super sets): I plan to use CTX (using very heavy weights)
But here are the results I've had in these 3 weeks:
week 1: no weight lost/no inches lost (but it was also TTOTM)
week 2: dropped 5 lbs/1.5 inches
week 3: official weigh in not until tomorrow am, but I couldn't help myself so I jumped on the scale this am just to see if I had a loss, and unless some miracle happens in my body overnight, I will have no weight loss for this past week to report!

It's making me think that maybe my body doesn't respond as favorably to endurance (circuits/high reps) as it does to heavy lifting? So if I get up tomorrow and weigh in and see the same d@*n number as last week on that scale, then I'll follow through with week 4 since it's heavy lifting, but I may abandon this rotation mid-stream, unless the end results of week 4 are the same as week 2 and I have a significant loss, which means it is working, but just oddly!

I'll report back and let you know.
However, I've never switched up weight work like this before, and I will admit it keeps it interesting. Each week I get to work with a different series.
Donna
