I have started the Revival soy that is recommended, and I had tried LOTS of soy products before--including lots of 'real' soy in my diet. Nothing helped. This formulation (comes in bars and shakes) really helped my night sweats and anxiety, and severe PMS during this perimenopausal time. I was truly amazed.
Now, before someone comes on here and lambastes me about the soy---yes, you should get your thyroid checked first, and yes, your mileage may vary---it isn't as affective for everyone, and some people are sensitive to soy.
