Metabolic workout with step series

Hi Cathe,

I read that your next series is going to be step-based & I'm looking forward to what you come up (hopefully one will be lower impact or have a modifier to demonstrate lower impact). I have always enjoyed cardiovascular workouts over strength, but recognize and accept the absolute importence of weight training, especially as I age (in my early 60's now). With that, please consider including a metabolic workout similar to ICE & LITE metabolic and PHA workouts as they are both cardiovascular and strength based - a "two-fer" as my sister refers to them. You could include the step in the warm-up & cool-down as well as the body of the workout.
