I have been challenged, having fun and seeing nice results from rotating Cathe’s live metabolic workouts:

Metabolic Upper Body
Metabolic Lower Body
Metabolic Core
Metabolic with alternating HIIT
Metabolic Circuit
Personal cardio day, for me a jog or hike.
Rest

Each of these workouts are completely able to modify by weights/reps as well as high impact, low impact and no impact.

Along with a healthy low carb diet I am down 15 pounds all while consistently using the live metabolics.
