I have subscribed to the Cathe Live for a couple of months and love it but have had issues that I am trying to work through in viewing some of the videos. I was recently using Chromecast and it worked fine only on the Low Quality videos and then I started having issues with the Chromecast where the video would completely stop and take me entirely out of the video and then I would have to go back into it and find my spot, etc. At the time I was also having internet issues so I thought perhaps it had something to do with that. The internet problems are fixed and I still have the Chromecast problems. I purchased a different cord that goes from my Galaxy to the HDMI and also has a USB that goes into a wall charger for power and I tried it out last night with the most recent video - Metabolic Conditioning on the High Quality and was so excited to see that the entire video worked perfectly without freezing. Unfortunately it does not work flawlessly on all of the high quality videos. Most of the others still freeze up. It does work fine on the Low Quality, but I would like to play them on High as the resolution is better. I just found it odd that one worked perfectly on High while the others did not - all within the same time period. Just wondering what could be different.

It just sounds like you have a poor internet connection that's probably on the borderline of being able to play the high quality videos. At least 95% of all problems with playing streaming videos are related to a users connection speed. Try doing a speed test at a few different times during the day at http://www.speedtest.net/ and let us know what the results are.
Thank you. I did the speed test and it is poor. I can play the low quality fine so that is what I will do until I can get this fixed. I just found it very odd that I was able to play one of them on high quality. Still loving the cathe live. I'm finding I do these more than the dvd's. Thanks for your help.
