Metabolic conditioning rotation

Does anyone have a good metabolic conditioning rotation? Trying to loose some fat and lean out the lower half.

Maybe this will appeal to you-it's someone else's idea from another forum, but she posted the following list of w/o she did based on loving Cathe Metabolic circuit.

The PUB/PLB is not metabolic but fit into the flow. It felt like a good rotation of body sections w/ emphasis on met training. I tacked on my faves at wk 4 and spent (cough, many) more weeks than listed to go thru all the workouts.

CrossFire
Cardio Leg Blast
Athletic Training

WEEK 2
Tabatacise
Cardio SuperSets
To the Max
Pyramid Upper/Lower combo
Circuit Blast
HiiT Training 40/20

WEEK 3
Intensity
Lower Body Blast
SuperCuts
Core Cardio Circuit
Cardio Leg Blast

Awesome news! Cathe responded and said we should remind her starting Dec 26 to make a metabolic conditioning rotation for January. She wants the reminders in the "ask Cathe" forum! Yeeehaaaa ladies! It's on!:eek:
