I live in Bangalore India. I have managed to get hold of your DVDs by ordering them on the net to a friend in the USA who then brings it to me in India.
I am a BIG believer in your workouts. Your workouts were largely responsible for me to go from an obese 87kg to a shapely 66.5 kg.
I am 40 years old.
I have all your step and cardio dvds and most of your strength training workouts that use free weights and a step.
Your later step dvds have great music and moves that are fun but not too complex.
My favourite weight workouts are the pure strength and slow and heavy series. I like to work out two body parts or so at a time and was wondering if you were planning to come out with any more such advanced level workouts where one could workout two body parts at a time for an hour or so.
I am not able to use your pyramid upper and lower body series as I live in a tiny apartment and cannot find space to store a stability ball. In fact i use dumbells even for the parts with a barbell as i have no space to store a barbell.
