Message from Canada!!

Hi Flex
I am one of the few male Cathe fans on the board .I work in Ottawa but live in the outskirts.Did you realize that we have an acclaimed international fitness presenter pf our own.Ginette Deslaurier works out of the Good Life Fitness Centre @ the Rideau Centre.Her workouts & videos are highly acclaimed.I have yet to ty them.

Keep repeating those words...it won't help! I am a former Winnipeger and those winters are brutul. Dress warm and keep that car plugged in and THINK SPRING!

I to am from Canada.It isn't very warm here either ......newfoundland...x(.Not surprising to ayone I am sure.
