I tried emailing you regarding my Strong & Heavy Legs and Shoulders tape but I guess it got lost in the shuffle. My problem is that after my VCR ate up this tape I was so angry that I threw the tape in the garbage. I never thought that when you emailed me stating for me to mail it back to you that I would've received a replacement tape. I can only send you the $6.00 covering you for the replacement costs or I can send you a check for $24.95 ($19.95 + shipping and handling charges) instead. What should I do? Best regards, Kathy
