Meso one -week two legs

I did week two legs on Thursday and really enjoyed it. I usually squat heavy and use heavy weights on the leg press machine in the gym. I did not think that I would be challenged by the leg workouts, but was I wrong! This was a tremendous workout. I was sweaty by the end! My glutes still hurt. Those paper plates ( I used sliders) really get the job done. The whole workout was well structured and challenging. I used 35lb dumbbells with the stiff legged dead lifts . The bonus leg routine with the bands was also a nice addition.

I am working hard and having a ball with STS! Has anyone else done week two legs yet?
 
I just did it- tougher than I thought it was going to be. Those low plane lunges were a killer. I went lighter on some of the weights since I was shaking so much.
 
It's on my schedule for this week...I felt my glutes after week 1. Can't imagine what this week will bring!
 
I just finished disc 6 (legs), and it was very challenging. I agree with your comments about the sweat and the low pulse lunges (very tough). I would also add the one leg elevated lunges.... it took me a few times to experiment with weights (lower!) to get it done right.
