Meso 3 ??

For meso 3 which leg workouts would you recommend if I'm trying to lean out my hips and lower half? Should I go with the Strength workouts or the Plyo Legs. I don't have a squat rack, but I did get the weighted vest and my barbell goes up to 80#'s.....that seems quite heavy to me....just thinking ahead...any suggestions would be appreciated.
