Meso 3 Legs

Has anyone done meso 3 (in 4 weeks), doing Plyo and Squat Rack in the same week? I am doing the six month rotation and had planned on once through with squat rack and once through with plyo legs. Any suggestions? What have you done? If you did both does it matter which one is done first?
 
i did both. probably doesn't matter, but don't do them close together, cuz you're gonna be sore!!! i am doing STS for the 2nd time. starting meso 1 wk 3 tomorrow. do you like doing the 6 mo.? i thought i might try it, but was wondering if i would get bored doing them twice in a week.

I am in my second rotation of STS. In my first rotation I did both Squat Rack Legs and Plyo legs although there were three days between each of the workouts. I used Squat rack legs for my strength workout and used Plyo legs more as a cardio routine.

I like doing the 6 month rotation, and I never get bored. I like knowing what I will be doing for 6 months, some people don't! I am becoming sad that it is about to end. I will probably take a month or so off and then do the three month or the undulating rotation.

I did squat rack today and I was planning on plyo Thursday. But, I can't decide if I would rather do it like the other Meso's and do each week twice. Decisions decisions!!!

I do them both, and have been through all the Mesos. I usually do the Plyo at the beginning of the week like Mon or Tues, and I do the leg workout on Friday. I have not had any issues.
