Saw the preview video. I'm still trying to get my knee back into working condition after surgery this year. After seeing the video I'm thinking I can do that..... slowly.
So here is what I think I will do. Instead of doing the legs week 1, 2, etc in order, I will work on the legs week 1 every week until I can master it then I will move on to week 2. Is that a stupid plan or one that sounds OK to try?
