meso 1 as a circuit

so i have a hard time just doing a strength training workout for 1 hour. I just get bored. Today i decided to do disc 1 meso 1 chest, shoulders, biceps. I set my treadmil for 6.5mph and 4% incline. I then alternated 5 min of running would hope off and press play on the dvd and do a round of the strengthening exercises (one chest, one shoulder, one bicep) then i would repeat the cycle. I did this for an hour. The time flew by and it was a lot of fun. Just wanted to share.
 
Great idea!

That's a nice way to break up the workout and get some cardio in at the same time (and you wouldn't have to do all the rounds of the STS workout, maybe do 1/2 of the workout one day, and 1/2 the next time you do the workout).

It seems like a variation of a "peripheral heart action" workout, where you alter upper body and lower body exercises (in this case, cardio for the lower body) for more of a metabolic effect.
