OMG. I just had the worst workout (I did LIC cardio+the blast add-on)!x(
Someone wanna tell me why it felt so hard? Crap, I hate those days when your legs feel like they weigh a ton and your energy and heart just aren't into it? Plus, I had a rest day yesterday, so whats up? Oh yeah, PMS}( It effects my energy levels pretty bad some months, so I am chocking that crummy workout to PMS, plus strange as it sounds, I got used to doing the itrain workouts and I sorta missed Grace this AM.

Do not get me wrong, I love Cathe, but I have never loved stepping, so maybe thats it. Oh well. I still have to work legs today and do my evening cardio, guess I will be sucking down the coffee today.And my boobs are the size of watermelons...ick. TMI, sorry.
Shelley, so I bought a jar of sugar free hot fudge topping yesterday cause I was really needing something sweet. I ate a few tablespoons (it was actually pretty gross) and then tossed the rest in the trash. I know it sounds wasteful, but I have to do that with treats and stuff, otherwise I wind up "picking" at them all day and all night long. I know myself, so into the trash it goes, I probably should not buy it at all, I know. But don't beat yourself up. Spray window cleaner on that darn cake and be done with it!

And a few days of crappy eating will not erase all the good eating you do, so scratch your arse and get glad. ((HUGS))
In fact I have a bunny bundt pan I am dying to use. But I know if I make it for the guys, I will wind up "picking" at the frosting....

until I eventually toss it in the trash...another reason I stopped buying peanut butter, I cannot stop eating it once I start!
Shoot, its just one of those days isn't it?
