Menu for Friday/Saturday Dinner

Hello. I was wondering when or if a menu for Friday/Saturday Dinner would be posted. I know I saw one's for previous road trips.

I am mainly concerned if there will be options for those of us with dietary restrictions and/or special diets (i.e. I need gluten free options).

I'm glad you brought this up Jeanette. I also need to be gluten free. I plan to bring lots of GF snacks to have in my room so I can survive if there aren't GF options for the dinners but am interested in the answer.
