Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders, I could not believe I had to lower the weights as much as I did on the shoulder exercises!!
 
Hey all-

SH check/back today... As I type with sore hands from holding weights for so long. The chest/back workout especially uses quite heavy weights the whole time.
