Men in your videos

I am new in this forum but I been watching your show in FitTV and I take Bootcamp classes at my gym, but I don't see any man in your shows, is there a reason? Is this only for woman or usually you get more woman in your classes because I would love to participated sometime, I am only 40 minutes from Glassboro. My wife is been teaching aerobics for 20 years and we would like to take your class.:-

I just want to welcome you and say that Cathe does have men in some of her vids. One is Cardio Kicks. Another is Bootcamp. I sure don't mind. Of course by the end you are not paying much attention. I would call and ask or send an e mail if you want to know if males do attend her classes.

Hi and welcome to the site ArturoOnline! I'm glad you are enjoying the show. We have a couple of videos with men in them. Did you see our Bootcamp or Cardio Kicks workouts? My programs are open to men and women but the time slots that I teach are one of the reasons there are less men in my classes. I generally will have 2 or 3 men out of a class of 50 participants. You and your wife are welcome to take class but the best thing to do is email me privately since I have to get my classes covered at times due to work assignments. We will be opening up a new facility in a couple of months and that would be a better time to attend since things are in full transformation process now and it is a little chaotic here. Hope to see you in the future sometime. Take Care!
