MELTING on Friday

Morning Melty Maidens.

I didn't get back last night. It wasn't late when I got home, but DH was on the computer and I was tired. We had fun and the food wasn't too bad. I had a couple beers and fish. Shhhh, we won't mention that it was fried. I'll miss this year's students. Two of them are in their early 30's and had decided to go back to school. They were a little more mature than most of our students and more like coworkers than students. Unfortunately, they both have committments to another hospital, so we couldn't hire them. Now we have a couple weeks to relax before the next class starts.

Tneah, don't you hate those crappy eating days when you just can't seem to stop? Are you sure that wasn't you in the picture? With the hood up and the big sunglasses, it was hard to see the models face, but she sure looked like you to me! How much of a chore is it for you to get off the boat? Is it moored at the dock, or do you have to use the dinghy? As romantic as it sounds, I'm not sure I'd want to spend more than a couple weeks on board.

Allie, family therapy? Sounds awful! I hope it helps though. How is your new car doing? I so wish we could afford a new one. DH is shopping for a used car, but he's in no hurry. Besides, what he considers "new" is not the same as me. The last car we bought already had 90,000 miles on it!

Lainie, I'm glad your back pain is subsiding. I remember when we were potty training DD. (DS was much easier!) She was just too lazy to go, or like Issac, she didn't want to interrupt what she was doing. We were going to my SIL's for our annual beach week and told her she couldn't go if she didn't start using the potty. That seemed to do the trick. I think she only had one accident that week.

Leanne, I agree with your friend about relaxing a bit before starting your work. Although, with your BIL in your life, maybe a little work would help keep your mind off him. I really should look into the French classes. And your friend with her memoirs makes me think I should spend some time writing more than posts here. I always thought a memoir about our life with Tristan would be a best seller. Problem is, I tend to forget the details. I hate it when I try to tell a story and DD and DH keep correcting me, beause of my faulty memory.

Peggy, I sure wish I could get down to New Jersey to meet with you and the other August Road Trippers. You'll have a blast! I haven't been tempted by the Dove workouts. Hope you like them. Did you order STS? I couldn't afford it and it really didn't seem like something I was interested in, but I dread being left out of all the hoopla when it finally gets released.

Shelley, are you still in the dumps? I miss your wit and wisdom. I thought I saw a post that your aren't very excited about the RT? Well, I'm certainly excited about the pre-RT.

Hi to Breckie, Deb, Kara (we miss you!), Kristi, Shannon ( is that everyone?) Time to go rustle up a little breakfast, do some KPC and get ready to leave for the Arts Festival. I'm sure I'll be back before we leave...

Hey Ladies -

Well slept in an extra hour, so that means I have to do MM after work. I hate when I do that.

Oh well, glad it's Friday.

Hey Robin - I did order STS and am very excited. I didn't order Dove's workouts yet. Leanne did and I am waiting for her review. I am very excited about the road trip.

I thought that picture was Tneah at first too. She could pass for that model.

Well, I will BBL to write more and catch up.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Good Morning Merry Melters!

Today I get to go to the vet again...this time with Miss Scaredy Pants, who will be shaking like a leaf, panting trying to pull me out the door the whole time.x( ..Thank goodness she is only there for a heart worm check. I will try to get an I-Tread in before I go. I thought about doing the I-ClimB circuit one only using the TM so I get some weight work in. I like this one because the do the reps with the weights really slow so I can go heavier than normal.

Robin:
Thanks for getting us started today! Your night out sounds like fun! I'm sure you were not the first one to make this mistake, ( nor will you be the last!)..your co-workers sound pretty cool! I think a book about your life with Tristan would be great..maybe start just jotting down memories for now and when you retire, have that be something you put together. Have fun at the festival!:)

Kristi:
Hope you are having a great time!

Allison:
Cudos to you for getting that paper done early! I may have to try CC for the eliptical...which one is less than an hour? What crisis could make you lose your job? I hope it worked out ok. Same on the family therapy. ((HUGGS)) to you..

Shannon:
Hope your hip flexor is ok today..I take it your eliptical has a motor? Mine is self propelling, no incline, no motor..it is really boring. That is why I am looking for a good CC that is less than an hour if possible..

Tneah:
I too at first thought the picture was you...being it was on a boat and all! :+ I think you will look just like that in that outfit! I am so tempted to get a KB, I keep telling myself I can't get another piece of equipment until after STS...Dang..why is it taking so long? Are the boys all staying on the boat?

Leanne:
Is Strong Like Bull one of Cathe's rotations? Tell your DH that if it is after 11:00 when he is ready to come to bed, don't bother! Sleep on the couch! How did you like the Pyramids yesterday?

Shelly:
Did you end up doing Bootcamp last night?

BG:
Your job sounds rewarding! Regarding the I-Train..I don't thingk that song is in any of the ones I have..I would remember it! Thanks for the offer on the tank catalog and the links...I think I will try these 2 for now, since I am only using them to sleep in or around the house.

Lainie:
I am having "potty" training problems too! Most are me not seeing the "signals"...I was just posting above and had to stop and mop up an accident that was right at my feet! oh well, he is really trying..I have to be more observant..For Isaac, I like the suggestion of making it part of something big that he can get, if he has no accidents for a certain length of time.. How's the back this morning?

Peggie:
Love the "quote" from your sister...:7

well, off to get showered etc to go to the vet.. will have to do the workout when I get back ( I hope!)

p.s what happened to Jennifer?

Deb

Happy Friday, everyone!

Robin - I'm glad you had a good time last night. I promise I won't say a word about the fried fish. ;) You know, you really should write a story about your family, Tristan, etc. It would probably help a lot of people.

Peggie - oh wow, an extra hour of sleep - what a luxury!!

Deb - good luck with the vet trip. Give that poor scared doggie a hug! No, my elliptical is not electric. It uses that magnetic resistance, I think. No incline, just resistance. I think CC 5 comes in at just under an hour, and volumes 1-4 are definitely less than an hour. Check out the descriptions on the Web site. They list specific times for each segment of each workout, too. Very cool.

Hmm. Seems like I'd best check out last night's posts to see what's up with our Allie.

About Jennifer - I saw a post on the Haters thread that she's decided to make that her home, I believe.

Yesterday was a rest day. After work I picked up my basket of veggies and stuff from the CSA... oh wow, what an incredible basket! So much good stuff!!! Today will be L&G.

Hi all...

Happy Friday! I'll be glad when it's 1 o'clock. I'm still kinda down. Sorry I haven't been my usual self. I'm hoping to shake this soon.

Morning All:)

Robin, who cares about a faulty memory? It could be fiction...so you could write as you personally remember things...I love that idea!It would be a book that comes from your heart, not from someone else's perspective.:) Yeah, I shouldn't really complain, our boat is docked, but its a very large marina, and so we are waaay down the dock, away from the entrance. There must be over 80 boats here...I think I might be getting used to it??:) The boys are gone today thank goodness, I am on people overload.

Peggy, yeah right! I wish that skinny minny model was me. I actually was attracted to the whole outfit I think because it looked like she was on a boat...I am a dork.:p

Deb, poor Kelsey. Have fun with that...I hate taking Georgie, he runs up to every dog and says hi, it drives me nuts, he is so big, others get really nervous-especially those with little dogs...I would hate an elliptical like you have to. Self propelled would be miserable to me, I would stick with the treadmill too!:)

Shelley, ((hugs))and more hugs darlin'. Just happy to see you checked in this morning.

Shannon, you are doing Legs and Glutes? That is one of my most underused Cathe's. I always forget about it for some reason. Probably because I am not a fan of Kick punch and crunch...I know everyone loves that one, but I prefer Cardio Kicks.I am working legs/butt today as well.

Hi to everyone else this morning, I will try and be a better personals poster!

This morning is heavy booty/lighter legs day...not sure how I am going to work this, but want to build more muscle on my butt, so will play is by ear once I get to the gym. Thank god its Friday, I am tired from this weeks workouts and activities!:7

Happy Friday, Melty Maidens!

Today the IL's and BIL are moving their furniture and things from those moving pods into storage units today. Would it be sooo very bad if I didn't go help out??! No, I really should go help out. Sigh. Today I've got some cardio scheduled and then PUB. I'll probably workout a bit earlier since MIL is supposed to call when the pods arrive at the storage place.

BIL ended up not going out last night. I'm still just in complete shock that he's not actively looking for a job. I guess he has another appt. on Monday with another temp agency, but he hasn't made any calls, sent out any resumes, etc. It's like he's just counting on something to come through at one of these temp agencies, even though they said that they don't get many entry-level positions. DH said that he would tell his brother that he could only stay with us until the end of August, but that conversation hasn't happened yet. I just think that BIL needs some sort of fire lit under him; otherwise, he'll be perfectly content to sit on our couch all summer long, playing on-line poker. OK, so sorry to vent again! I'm just in such a foul mood over all this! :-(

Shelley -- Sending you more {{{HUGS}}}! I'm so sorry that you're still feeling so down. Do you think it would help to get out some of those thoughts and chat about them with us? I'm glad you have your half-day to look forward to today!

Lainie -- How is your back today?? Sounds like Isaac does just get caught up in his playing before he realizes that he needs to hit the potty. So how are you liking S&H so far? I love the slow pace of that series, but I know that it's not for everyone.

Allie -- Oh, sweetie, sorry that yesterday's therapy thing was so awful. Did any good come out of it? Did it help to get some of your feelings out with the siblings who did come? How did you sleep last night?

Shannon -- Oooh, that basket of produce sounds so lovely! Will you go car shopping this weekend, or will you still hold off a bit? Are your legs already sore thinking about L&G tonight? ;-)

Robin -- Glad you had fun last night, although it sounds like it'll be sad to not have those students in your program anymore. I'm so glad that you enjoyed yourself! Oh, Robin, you should write your memoir! That would be so interesting and such a great project for you. You could work on drafting it, and then ask DD and DH to help fill in the details. Deb's idea of using it as a retirement project sounds brilliant! Have a blast today at the Arts Festival! And you're off all weekend from work, right? You should wear that smokin' hot tank top again today to show off those SEXAY arms for DH! ;-)

Deb -- Good luck today with Kelsey at the vet! I'm getting so antsy, too, for STS! Yes, Strong Like a Bull is an old rotation of Cathe's, and I really like the variety of it since it uses four different series (PS, S&H, GS, and Pyramids) over the course of the four weeks. Ah, good idea about the 11:00 rule! PLB was alright yesterday, but I always feel like I'm racing to keep up with Cathe to change my weight plates. I like my weight workouts to feel more relaxed! Did you wear one of your new tanks after work last night? What colors did you get? I wonder where Jennifer is at, too; she just sort of disappeared on us.

Tneah -- Babe, you are never impersonal and not friendly, so don't you even think it! Seriously, that has got to be such an adjustment to move onto the boat all summer. I was thinking, too, of what you said the other day about the differences between you and DH's DD, and I think you're a total introvert and DD is a total extrovert. Does that sound like it could be accurate? I'm an introvert, too, and it stresses me out to be around people for so long without having my alone, quiet time. (This is part of why having BIL here is stressing me out so much.) I read this great book a few years ago called _The Introvert Advantage_ that talked about strategies to help cope. Oh, yes, it'll be so much fun to meet next week, and I'll try to think ahead of time of fun recommendations for hair salons, etc. Is lunch on Wednesday good, or would dinner be easier for you? I can't wait!

BreckGirl -- Is today another day on the van? Again, thank you sooo much for posting those links yesterday! I think I may order some of the Perfect Fit tanks; I'm still worried about the underwire digging in while I'm lounging around on the couch, but it's worth a shot! Is today a long day for you at work? Have you been able to see your cute little new nephew at all this week? Ah, baby smell! :)

Peggie -- Sorry that you didn't get your morning workout in! That extra hour of sleep was probably just what your body needed, though. Oh, I love MM! It's one of the first Cathe workouts I ordered, and it's one of my all-time favorites, although I rarely do it anymore since I've been focusing more on splits.

Thinking of Kara and Kristi in their travels!

Hey Leanne!:) Yep, you are right, introverts get their energy zapped by being around people too much (other than their spouses or family members, but even they can drain an introvert)so it is important to take the time and "recharge" yourself. You, being an introvert cannot stand having the BIL around ALL THE TIME! You must feel incredibly drained, that alone time in your own home is extremely important..believe me, I totally understand. It sounds like we are both lucky enough to have spouses who understand respect that, my DH knows when I need my space, and when its time to "not bug" me. He is alot more extroverted than I am, thank goodness though, otherwise he wouldn't be a very good marketer right?:) But even he needs his down time, and I respect that. We can go whole days without talking really when we are both in need of our space and its cool.

You don't have to go help them, stay home and enjoy having the house to yourself for a minute! And lunch sounds fabulous!:) Not real sure about restaurants in Fashion Valley, I will let you pick, we eat the same stuff anyway.:) Yeah, my roots are already starting to "peek" out darn it. I might do a home touch up and then find a good salon later on...

I am pooped and do not feel like working out darn it, but its only one more day right? I can do it! BBL,to catch up with all you melty maidens...oh, and the appetite still is in full gear, I woke up starving for crying out loud. Whats going on??

Ah, just enjoying my protein shake after doing PUB. I was going to add in some cardio, but I was feeling lazy this morning. DH and BIL already took off to the storage unit, but I'm delaying calling them to see if I need to go over and help. ;-)

Tneah -- Yes, it's always so wonderful when our spouses "get" that we need that alone time. Do you think that you're an introvert, too? It sounds like it from how you've described yourself. Have you ever taken the Myers-Briggs personality test? It's so fun b/c it tells you about your habits, personality, work style, etc. I had my DH take it, too, and he's actually an extrovert, which surprised me b/c he's really quiet, but he recharges by being around people. It also said that he's a play first/work later person, whereas I'm the total opposite. Fun stuff! :)

So what do you think about The Cheesecake Factory (http://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/) or the Nordstrom Cafe for lunch? The CF actually has some healthy salads, etc. Oh, and I just started going to this new woman for my hair, so I'm not totally sure I'd feel comfortable recommending her, but the best salon I've been to overall is the Robert Cromeans Salon downtown (http://www.robertcromeans.com/). I went to a friend's stylist named Tabbie last year, and she did a fantastic job, but I only went once b/c she was really expensive. It might be a fun splurge for you! One of my other friends has been seeing Takashi there for many years, but I think he's even more expensive -- I think about $150 just for a cut! But I'd definitely recommend either of them!

Where are the rest of our Melty Maidens today? I know Lainie usually checks in a bit later, but where's our Breckie? :)

ETA: UG! Just talked to DH and I'm going to go help them unload at the storage place. My arms are like Jello right now, so not sure how much help I'll be! ;-)

Tneah - you don't do L&G because you don't like KPC? Hon, explain that one to me. :p I think it's fun, and Cathe has a lot of energy in it. Good luck with a heavy butt/light legs workout. I doubt that would be possible at home, since so many exercises are squat-based.

Leanne - sorry you had to go and help move all the inlaw's stuff. Ick. I might check out cars on Monday - I'm taking off work to run half a zillion errands that need to be done during working hours and just are not getting done!

A thought about BIL's lack of job hunting: I know that when I look for jobs, I pretty much do it on weekends only, simply because Sunday is the day when all the good jobs hit the paper. Now, if he needs to actually get out and pound the pavement for his line of work, well, he'd better get moving!

If you girls want to see an introvert, just look over here. :p :7 I'd make a wonderful hermit.

I'd love to hermitize right now. All I'm doing at work is trying to find something to do until it's time to go home. Home is the place I want to be! I just don't know how I'm going to keep from dying of boredom before the end of the day. I'm really out of busy-work.

Oh, I am a total introvert, but whats funny is I am very good in social settings..very talkative, etc...but inside I am screaming to be left alone!:)

Shannon, I did not realize you had a brother that was paralyzed? Wow, from the waist down? Sorry, if I am being too personal. Do not die of boredom please, we would miss you terribly!;)

Leanne, the Nordstrom Cafe sounds great, then we can go check out the shoes and stuff.:7 I have heard of that personality test, never took it though, should go find it online maybe?

Okay, I think I did pretty good in the gym this morning, I did the 20 minute all uphill itread first. Then some stationary lunges on the Smith Machine, followed by the leg press with my heels placed high to put the emphasis on the bootay. Then did some hyperextensions holding a 15 pound weight, concentrating on squeezing the glutes. Then these lying bridge hip thrust things, I used a 35 pound plate to add resistance, then some abs. Whew. :p Me tired.

My bike is here! I am going to go pick it up...Oh and I had the best breakfast, egg whites, rice cakes smothered in guacamole.:9 Don't I eat weird??:p

Tneah - see your PMs! :7 Yes, my dear, you do eat weird. You think rice cakes are good??? Now the guac sounds excellent... but maybe not for breakfast. :p

For my Sunday breakfast, I'm having scrambled eggs - yes, all of them, not just the whites, along with some yummy muffins (flax seed, rolled oats, honey, whole wheat...mmmm) with Smart Balance margarine. I can't wait. I love my Sunday breakfasts. Maybe I should do it Saturday too. ;)

Shannon, do you make those muffins. Because if you do, I want the receipe.

Tneah - you eat a lot like the way I do. The rice cake and guac sounds good.

I just got done eating four slices of jalapeno cheese bread. Gee, do you think I might be PMSing. Holy crap. I waiting to fall into the carb coma.

Our office gave us the afternoon off because in Minneapolis (that is our HQ), the office is having a picnic. So they let all of us have the afternoon off. Lucky us. Yay.

I did MM, but did the shortened version. No cardio, but maybe will do some later.

Oh, by the way, I like to be left alone a lot too.

BBL

Peggie - yes, I make the muffins. But I have this really basic recipe that adapts well to anything and everything I throw at it. I couldn't possibly remember what I did with this particular batch - LOL. But I can give you the basic recipe and try to remember... sort of... what I did. You are so lucky to have the afternoon off! I would just about sell my soul to the devil right now to be able to get out of this office. Okay, I'm just kidding. }(

Hi everyone. Look, I’m finally here! At least for a little bit. Today I had to get groceries, so I had to take both the boys with me. It actually turned out pretty well. I followed some advice from my Supernanny book to give them their own grocery lists. So as we went around they kept their eyes open for certain things and got to pick out their own cereals (within an acceptable selection). It worked especially well with Isaac, though even Ewan was fairly well-behaved. It did take us quite a while, though.

Since then I’ve been cleaning stuff up and doing laundry (why are these jobs so neverending?) I have decided to take today as a rest day because of all these little things I want to get done, and because my back is still twingeing and I still feel rather sore from the rest of my workouts. Tomorrow I’ll go ahead with my S&H Triceps and Biceps and I’ll do cardio on Sunday.

Of course, at the moment I’m not doing anything but watching an Arrested Development DVD while I type.

Today is Day 2 of the reinstatement of WW and I’m doing fine with it so far. Bit hungry here and there, though.

Robin, yum, fried beer and fish—no wait, fried fish and beer. I wonder what fried beer would be like? I guess like something beer-battered. Nevermind.

Peggie, I’m really psyched about both STS and the RT, too! I hope we get to hear some more STS details at the RT, too. I know last year they heard more about the 4DS at the RT.

Deb, yeah, I’m going to make Isaac work toward a goal to stop the potty accidents. Of course, he’s already had one today (just now). I had just asked him a few minutes before if he needed to go and he said ‘no.’ Anyway, if he goes 2 weeks without an accident I’m going to take him to Toys-R-Us to pick something out (within reason). At least it’s easier with a 5-year old boy than a puppy!

Shannon, happy Friday to you as well. Good luck with L&G.

Shelley, more (((((HUGS))))) to you, chica.

Tneah, my DH is an introvert like me, so he comes home worn out from all the people at work. Still he manages to handle it so well. Great job managing that workout today even though you were not wholly motivated earlier.

Leanne, I’m sorry the BIL is still giving you fits. Surely he’ll get up off his heinie soon and get a job! I like S&H so far. I don’t mind the slow pace and I actually like the music. I find myself dancing around during the 1-minute rests, which would probably be very humorous to an outside viewer. Luckily there are no viewers. I’ll have to restrain myself on the RT.

Allie, so sorry for the family therapy drama yesterday. Ugh. I hope you have a better day today and a wonderful weekend with the Boy!

Hi everyone!

I don't have much time....I'm off to New York City with The Boy and my brother and his girlfriend!!!! It's my brother's birthday today and the four of us are really close so we all decided to go to NYC for the weekend. My DB's girlfriend's uncle (got that? ;) hehe) has a fancy apt. in Manhattan and he is gone for a couple weeks with his boyfriend (cute, I know!) and he gives the keys to my brother's GF all the time. I can't wait!

Did I mention how in love I am with The Boy? ;) hehe I swear to god, I'm totally smitten. He's so wonderful. I've never met anyone like him.

Anyhoo, I apologize for the terribly self-absorbed post. I've read many of the posts ^^^ and am thinking of all of you. It's been a crazy day--and an even crazier week!

Have a wonderful weekend. My DB's GF is bringing her laptop so hopefully I'll be able to check in. Thinking of you!

Hey ladies!

Just got back from helping IL's and BIL move stuff into storage! Two arm workouts in one day! UG! We ended up getting some Mexican for lunch . . . my burrito was actually sorta healthy . . . but those chips I ate with it sure weren't! Ah, well!}(

My Dove workouts arrived today, so I'm excited to start using them once I finish up this last week of my rotation. I'll keep you all posted on how they are -- unless no one wants to be enabled! ;-)

Shannon -- Your Sunday breakfast sounds so delicious! I think you should definitely add it to Saturday mornings, too! Oh, I'd love to have that muffin recipe, too! Could you post it for us sometime?? How fun that you might go look at new cars on Monday. I hate running errands on the weekends. I figured you were another hermit! ;-) How many hermits (or should that be hermitesses?!) are part of our Melty group? That's a really good point about BIL's job hunting, but the problem is that he's not even waiting until the weekends. He's just not looking at all. :-(

Peggie -- That bread you ate sounds so good! Man, do I love baked goods! Hope you've been enjoying your early afternoon!

Lainie -- How adorable that the boys helped with shopping! I know what you mean -- it seems like doing laundry and stuff around the house never ends. Right now, the bane of my existence is emptying the dishwasher; for some reason, I hate emptying it, and I have to do it so much more often since we've got an extra person here. Are there any healthy snacks you can eat on WW for when you get hungry? How cute that you dance around during the breaks in S&H! I bet you look darn adorable, and I'd love to see you do that during the RT! :)

Tneah -- I bet you can find a version of the personality test on-line. It's super fun to take stuff like that! Yes, that sounds great to meet at the Nordstrom Cafe -- and it'll be my treat for lunch! We can poke around and look at shoes and stuff afterwards! Maybe we could do something fun and girlie like go try on a bunch of makeup, too! Hooray for your bike getting here -- and for that awesome leg workout! Your booty is going to rock -- although I'm sure it already does!

Allie -- Babe, you are too cute! Hope you have a blast in NYC -- and just don't get too crazy there! ;-)

BreckGirl -- Where are you hiding today? We miss you! I just sent you an email -- the eagle landed and I'm totally blown away!! Thank you!!!!!

We just turned the air on, and I'm going to go crash on the couch with one of my new magazines. I think we're getting Chinese take-out or pizza for dinner . . . not such a clean day! Maybe all that carrying of heavy boxes helped work it off, though, right?! :p

Hey kittens - just woke up from my carb coma. I really helped it out by eating spaghetti for supper. Actually, I feel pretty good.

I want that muffin recipe.

Allie - I hope you saw the post for you on the RT forum. They needed something from you ASAP.

Leanne - That personality test sounds interesting. I think I need to take one of those.
Oh, I can't wait until you try those Dove's workouts. I am very curious. I think I am going to try my kettlebell workout again tomorrow, even thought I really should be doing cardio. Although that sucker gets your heart rate up too.

BreckGirl - Where are you?

Tneah - GREAT workout. Good job!!!

BBL

Here is my new "ride":p Isn't she fabulous?:+ :+ I have already almost crashed riding it on the docks...have to get used to it.;)

http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj39/tneah/HPIM0306.jpg

Shannon, will check my PM's right away!:) Your breakfast sounds heavenly:9 :9

Leanne, you most certainly do not have to treat me silly! You are too sweet... I shall pay my way darlin', let me thank you.;) You already have a mouth to feed, you certainly do not need to feed mine...:p sorry, I keep fueling the fire with my snarky remarks about BIL don't I?
We could get our makeup done at Chanel counter and leave looking like trannies!:7 Seriously, those babes will turn you into a drag queen, Coco would turn over in her grave...but Bobbie Brown and Mac and all the others? Oh what fun!! Plus I need a new mascara so buying at least one thing alleviates any guilt I feel...what a great idea! I always love to experiment with new colors and stuff, since I sorta stick to my tried and true. Oh I am getting excited!:)

Peggy, you will be my "rice cake sister".;) I love rice cakes and will put just about anything on top of them, love them plain too.

Allison, oh I am jealous! NYC? Wow, that city totally intimidates me, but you are a east coast honey, so you fit right in, I always feel like a fish outta water when I have been there...again, its all the people I think. Have fun sweetie!

Lainie, I loved your idea of having the boys write their own little lists at the grocery store, you are such a fun and good mom. Will they miss you terribly when you are on the RT?

Where the heck is Kristi and Kara??Shellers, Robin? Georgie is barking his fool head off, need to feed and poop him...love you guys!
