{{{ Melters! TGIF!! }}}

Morning all!

Well, I dragged my carcass outta bed this morning and did Cardio and Weights. Now when I come home, on go the comfy clothes!

Tneah - sorry to hear you're stripey! Is there some way you can exfoliate that stuff off, or does it just have to wear off? Nope, no package yet. Maybe it'll come today.

Lainie - {{{hugs}}} I'm sorry that you're feeling crappy about yourself. Trust when I say I know what you're going through. But you're working on it, right? And that's what counts!

Robin - I'm so jealous! How are the new Amys???

Today is work and then I get my baby girl back tonight! Oh, and she got her report card yesterday and called me with her marks. All A's and B's:)

Hi, I'm back,

I did a 40 minute I-Tread this am and really tried to push my speeds up. I burned 335 calories which is more than usual so I felt pretty good about it. It actually snowed here last night, enough to have to wear boots! . I am so sick of wearing boots and hauling shoes to work with me. When will it ever end?

Before I get to personals, ( I just finished reading all of yesterday's thread:eek: ...lots of chatting!..I want to put this question out to all of you since I trust your judgement in these important thing...
What is your favorite HG lipstick/gloss? I am on a mission to find a gloss/lipstick that stays on! I have tried them all I think..I bought a new one in Walgreens' Wednesday and it stayed on but dry and it was an ugly color! It looked darker in the package and ended up pink. I wanted a dark wine. And what about foundation? or better yet..a tinted moisturizer? I would love to hear about your favorites on these!

Shelly:
Isn't it great when you work out in the am especially on Friday? It makes Friday night even better! How is your back doing? Yes we got about 3 inches overnight! ugh..

Jennifer: did you get snow? Cudos to your friend for starting this journey! She is lucky to have a friend like you to support her.

Lainie: "Pukey & Poopey" you cracked me up with these nicknames!:7 . I love the dress by the way! What order did you use the goodies in? We need to get Tneah to give us an application lesson! maybe you can post a days worth of your menus on BFL and we can help? You may be eating too few calories. Have you ever read BFFM?

Robin:
Woo Hoo! Back at ya! don't you love coming home and finding "presents" in the mail? Can you give us a professional opinion of growth hormones..

Leanne:
I think you should try Target too..they do have some nice stuff, but beware...keep your credit card home! It's too tempting to walk around that store and Buy Buy Buy! Things just jump off the shelves into your cart I swear! :7

Shannon:
I hear you on the staying in one place for an hour...I give you credit that you can stay on the eliptical for as long as you do! Not my favorite cardio machine.

Tneah:
I love the products.(check out your e-mail)..maybe you can help us in exactly how to use them? ..like in what order? all at once or only certain ones together? I hope your blood work comes back neg for PM. although Aunt Flo coming late is a sign. Also Aunt Flo never leaving after she arrives is another sign! Be careful on taking any of growth hormones...I have read some nasty stuff about them..Robin can probably give us some info on that. I found that taking calcium with soy, and vit E, put most of my menopause craziness to rest.

Have a great day!

Deb :)

Good Morning Melters.

This week, I feel I'm melting off the fat.calories or something. It's been a big week so far with DM, BMX2, LIC, 4DS-DC, and Amy Bento for Sat..

The snow is fallen here about 1 inch. And, it's cold once again too.

Just got some bad news, one of my Dad's collegues family's whom we actually hung out with. Their daughter, only 47 years old, died of "sustained pneumonia" in CO on Wed..

My friend, Michele, has done well this week. Not sure if she worked out or not last night. She's waiting on a Cathe's Basic Step, we ordered from Amazon. She wants results, she'll get it with stepping.

Happy Friday!! :) :) :)
No workouts tonight.

Good morning, Melters, and happy Friday!

I did GS CT last night, which may be my last upper body workout for a week or so. I guess I need to take a rest to help my "mouse" shoulder heal. It really hurt after I got done with all those bench presses and flies!

Today is my rest day, and I'm very happy about that.

Shelley - Happy Birthday! And what a way to celebrate... you get Sophie today, and you get to relax in comfy clothes!

Deb - I can't help you with the lipstick question, because I don't wear makeup. Good luck in your quest! :D The only reason I own an elliptical is because I need the no-impact cardio. Believe me, I didn't want to buy the darned thing. But it's saved my sanity quite a bit when otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do cardio at all. Coach Sean is my hero - so far, his workouts are the only ones that are actually fun on that thing.

Jennifer - I sure am sorry to hear of that death. How sad! Did she catch pneumonia in the hospital or in the community? Tell your friend Michele congrats on her accomplishments!

Robin - did you enjoy GS CT? Thanks for joining me! ;)

Lanie - Please don't feel so bad about yourself. You've had it tough with your ankle injury and wonky knees, and I think you've done a great job staying active and as fit as you can. Hang in there - you know it'll get better as your ankle gets stronger. I'm going to try to mail your package today. If it's not raining, I'll walk to the post office at lunch. If it is raining, well, I guess I'll wait.

Tneah - are you still stripey? I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't laugh, but I got a chuckle out of that. My mom once tried some stuff that turned her orange instead of tan!

Leanne - It seems like I hardly ever check this place out after you've posted, so I never get to say hi! So.... HI!!!

Goodmorning melty ones.

Shelley, happy, happy birthday. Cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I didn't get a chance to preview Amy's In the Ring yesterday. Maybe today....

Deb, sorry, I can't help with the makeup or the growth hormone. The only things I know about growth hormone is what I know from my DS's syndrome, Prader Willi. Many of the kids with this syndrome are put on GH to try to have them reach closer to normal stature. I know a lot of them end up with curvature of the spine and remember one kid who had to have surgery and be in a body cast for a long time as a result. I've always felt GH sort of went hand in hand with steroid use in bodybuilding and I don't want to go anywhere near that stuff. As far as make up recommendations, I wear so little, I'm not any kind of expert. I usually go to the clinque counter once a year and ask for a new shade of eyeshadow and lipstick. Sometimes I'm pleased, sometimes not.

tneah, I started my new skincare regime this morning. Thanks again. Question: can I use an SPF/moisturizer over the stuff? I hope so, because I did.

I did GS CT along with Shannon last night. I really think I'll take a rest day today. I'm planning on making homemade pasta for dinner and expect it to take some time. It's a whole wheat recipe, along with a fresh cherry tomato sauce in the newest Cooking Light magazine.

I'll be back later to see what's going on with the rest of you all.

Happy Friday, all!

Today's my weigh-in day, and I had a wee bit of melting -- about .6 pounds. Hooray! I've been eating A LOT this week, but maybe it's my muscles growing (ha ha)!;-) Today I'll be doing GS Legs, and then I'll be heading out early to run some errands before meeting my size 00 friend (ug!). I refuse to feel fat around her today (Leanne said, trying to convince herself).

So guess what? I think I mentioned that I had to bring my car in to get a smog check, and it turned out that it needed a lot of work done on it. So my DH had been saying that it was time to get a new car -- so we went yesterday and traded in my old Jetta for a new one! I'm so excited! It's nothing super fancy, but I love it! It's a dark blue color, and is so much smoother than my little old Jetta. Hooray!

Shelley -- Hope that you have a wonderful b-day today!! It sounds like Sadie was wanting to be a little cultured by eating (instead of reading!) P&P! Oh, Sophie is such a little smartie -- she takes after her mom! What are your plans for today and tonight? Eat that yummy cake, get your favorite dinner, and just relax and have fun! :)

Deb -- I just bought some Mally Beauty lip glosses on-line from Amazon (and I think they sell them on QVC's website) that I really love. It's called Life, Love, and a Really Great Lip Gloss, and the two colors I have are great (one is a nude and the other is a peach color). The scent is a little fruity at first, but the gloss stays on nicely and isn't too tacky. I've also been using Neutrogena's Healthy Skin tinted moist. on days I don't wear foundation, and it's also great. It's one of Paula Begoun's choices, and it has SPF 15 (or maybe even 20) in it. It's light, but if you add a bit of powder over it (I use Bobbi Brown's Pale Yellow, which my SIL, who worked in cosmetics for 8 years at Macys's, swears by for all skin tones) it looks very nice. I've been happy with it!

Robin -- Isn't Bride and Prejudice so much fun?! I just love that movie! I'm so happy for you that your new Amy workouts arrived. Mine still aren't here! Your dinner sounds delicious!:9

TK -- Saying "hi" in case you get a chance to check in today!

Jennifer -- Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad's friend! How truly terrible! Are you and is he doing alright? That's great that you've been losing weight! You've been working out so much! And how great to keep your friend motivated! How is Saville feeling today?

Tneah -- Oh, you poor thing with the rolling veins! Mine do that, too, and it makes giving blood awful! I really should just dump this friend of mine; she means well and is generally sweet, but I always feel like I have to compete with her in odd ways. Thanks for the heads-up about Target in Mission Valley! I love that Target and may go check it out today! Thanks so much again, too, for all the goodies! I've been using them and loving them!

Shannon -- Sounds like a smart idea to rest that shoulder! Saying "hi" back to you, too!

Lainie -- Sorry to hear about the new clothes not fitting! Just exchange them for a bigger size so you have some new fun stuff to wear until you get back where you want to be. How are Pukey and Poopy doing, the poor little guys?

Good Morning Everyone:) Boy, you all were waaay ahead of me today! Happy Birthday Shelley!

Dh came home last night in the foulest mood...he started going off about stuff not being done around the house, etc...stupid stuff, like why was the dishwasher on the rinse cycle? Why? Because I had just started it an hour before you came home!x( Needless to say, it was not the happy homecoming I was looking forward to, and am chocking it up to the 14 hours he spent waiting in airports and flying yesterday. I know I am not perfect, but really try to make sure everyone is "just right" for everyone that walks into our home. Yes, I am a people pleaser I suppose, so I started getting a panic attack and had to pop a Xanax. Yep, my doc gave me a script,I get these scary things every now and then when I start feeling closed in and overwhelmed...thank goodness its only a few times a year. Anyway sorry, I just cannot bear to fight with my bestest friend, and he really hurt my feelings last night. *sniff*

Oh, and here is the web site about the doctor I am going to. Please let me know what you all think? I know he does not prescribe HGH in the large doses the bodybuilders use, he takes a look at where you are deficient and goes from there. I had an ex-fiance who was placed on testosterone therapy after discovering his levels were really declining as he aged...not alot, but enough so he got his sex drive back, energy levels, etc...anyway, I would never put any hormone into my body that I thought would be harmful in the long run.www.agelessforever.net

Deb, hum, I am the queen of products and love lipgloss the best. Although I like it sticker because it lasts longer. I use DiorKiss, from Dior. It comes in these awesome squeezey tubes. Also, Lipfusion makes an array of glosses that also plump your lips and stay on forever. I actually do not wear foundation either, but love the tinted moisturizer from Covergirl with spf 30 or something like that. Its wonderful, sheer and perfect. Better than Laura Mercier even. I use a powder from Loreal called Perfect Match...I have tried all the expensive brands, but come back to drugstore finds all the time! for mascara I love the double end Loreal one. One side has a plumper the other is mascara and it goes on perfect. Alot of people like Diorshow mascara, its okay, but tends to dry out and flake after a few hours. Oh, and Guerlain makes some great lipsticks, and you can never go wrong with MAC! Their lipglass glosses are great, so are the lipsticks. I will have to go look at my collection and see which ones I use the most. I must have 40 lipglosses!

Robin, Yes! You can use SPF over any of the lotions. I will post another thing on all the products and the best way to use them.

Jennifer, I am sorry to hear about your dads friend, that is very sad. Sounds like you have alot of workouts under your belt this week, so today would be the perfect time to rest.

Leanne, oh dear, another trip with Miss 00? Feed her some brownies or something, there is not such thing as a double 00. That means you don't even exist for pete's sake! And congrats on your new ride! I love jetta's, they are so zippy and cute, just like you!

Shannon, you don't wear makeup? Wow, whatta natural beauty you are. That is so cool, there are days I just put on mascara, I have light eyelashes and without it, I appear as if I do not have eyeballs. Rest that shoulder girl.

Lainie, (((HUGS))). Dang that Ann for making you feel bad about yourself. A thought? Have they changed the cut of the clothing they sell? This happened with the jeans at the Gap for me. I used to be able to wear them,, and now? Not even, they fit horribly. I say, return them for a bigger size (who cares) and wear them while you continue on melting. What was it you were doing when you lost all that weight after baby? Revisit that time and see. Oh, and I can send you the diet plan Mr. Trainer has me on, you could follow the original plan, the one that actually has carbs in it! It is 1,599 calories a day, you will lose on it, and plus, you get to eat every few hours. Seriously, I will send it to you if you like?

Shelley, our birthday gal! So happy to hear Sophie (what a smart child you have there) will be spending the day with you. Remember to treat yourself nice today, do something for you! And darn it all, I will keep my fingers crossed about you receiving the products today. I always fear someone in customs getting hold of it, and taking it home for themselves.

Okay guys, gotta get my arse up and ready to face Mr. Grumpy pants this morning, he is still sleeping, and thats where I am gonna leave him. BBL...hi to anyone I may have missed!

Here is 'Tneahs Guide" to product application!:)

1. Strivectin lotion. Okay, first off, if you are prone to breakouts on your face or have sensitive skin on your face skip this one and use it either on your neck and chest, or heck, all over your body. It stimulates collagen, and as you know, as we age, the skin starts producing less of this...I personally use it on my neck and chest, and on my bikini area after I shave as it prevents those nasty red bumps. Oh, and put it on any sort of cut too, it heals "ouchies' really fast! you can use SPF over the Strivectin too_Oh, and its original use was for the healing of stretch marks, so yes, it does work on those too!

2. Strivectin Serum. This is my favorite. Use it either in the AM or PM after cleansing. Apply about 1/2 dropper full, or less depending on the size of your face and neck I suppose, to face and neck-including your eye area (it is that gentle) and wait for it to get a bit sticky. Then take a very warm, wet facecloth and press against the face for 20-30 seconds, allowing the product to penetrate the skin. Let your face dry before applying your regular moisturizer (or your Strivectin lotion). You will notice a beautiful "glow". This stuff heals scars really well too. Its formulated with stem cells..really amazing stuff. You only have to use it once a day, and after a few weeks or regular use, you can cut back to twice a week.

3. Hylexin. Another favorite. I use this as soon as I get up in the AM. It takes time, but will actually lighten up your undereye area. It also is the best for getting rid of puffiness under the eyes. It is not super moisturizing, so you can use this first, let it sink in and then apply a more moisturizing eye cream on top of it--I do this, but then again, I live in the desert so my skin tends to be very dry.

4. Idebenol. Not sure it I sent you all this one. It is our answer to the "Prevage". It contains super antioxidants, I use it in the AM. And yes, you can apply sunscreen over this lotion.

A sample skincare routine:

Wash face, apply Strivectin serum, apply either the Strivectin lotion or the Idebenol, then the Hylexin under the eyes. ta-da!:7

Hello everyone.

http://bestsmileys.com/birthday2/10.gif
Shelley!

I have been pretty productive this morning, which is why I haven't been on yet. I managed to send both boys to school today (Ewan's poops are still weird, but I don't think he's contagious and it was only for a couple hours). Then I went and bought a couple pairs of fat jeans. :( I figured I didn't want to spend much on these (hopefully) temporary fat jeans, so I went to Kohl's. Then I got a buttload of groceries, ran home, put most of them away, and managed to pick up Ewan on time. Whew. Oh, and I got my workout done first thing this morning. I did Tracey Staehle's Strictly Upper Body workout--a bit of a change from a BFL workout, but I'm going easy on myself this week with Poopy and Pukey at work. Actually, they are probably just Poopy and Poopy now. No more puking (thank the dear Lord).

OK, enough about me! I'm probably not as fascinating to y'all as I am to myself. http://bestsmileys.com/love2/1.gif

Shelley, like I said above, Happy Birthday! Let me know when you get that package--should be there any day now. Would be awesome if it would arrive on your b-day.

Deb, my favorite lipstick is Max Factor Lipfinity. It's one of those that you put on the color and then after it dries you put a gloss over it. It lasts a long time and the gloss isn't all sticky (hate it when my hair blows and sticks in my lipstick on a windy day). I actually have to order it from drugstore.com because it's hard to find MF stuff around here. I haven't read BFFM yet, though I've been tempted to buy it before.

Jennifer, great job with your workouts this week!

Shannon, thanks for the advice. I usually am not hard enough on myself, but sometimes I get down when I have trouble getting clothes on, like yesterday. I don't want to be a yo-yo diet kind of person.

Robin, good luck with the homemade pasta--sounds yummy.

Leanne, I do think I'll take those clothes back for the next size up. I would rather feel good about myself while I try to get back to the old size than to get discouraged by wearing stuff that doesn't fit or something. This winter I'd started wearing just a couple pairs of jeans because so many weren't fitting, so it's not like I should be surprised that I'm bigger.

Tneah, I do think they changed the clothes a bit--at least the shirts. Because the ATLoft shirts I bought last year were all medium--they didn't have numbers except for one jacket I bought. Then this time I had to pick a number and picked wrong (size 10--apparently I'm a 12). I am usually not as bothered by the shirt sizes because like you I'm boobalicious, but the jean size was more of a downer. Last year it was 6 and now the 8's were too snug--got them on but way too snug. :( The way I lost weight before was simply the Flex plan with WW. Nothing fancy. I wasn't even working out as hard because I hadn't discovered Cathe at that time. Of course, once I started Cathe, I didn't lose as much weight lb-wise, but my size went down a bit more. Please do send me the plan your trainer gave you, if it's something easy to send along! Oh, and thanks for the skincare routine--it's pretty close to what I did yesterday; I have been more careful and knowledgeable about my skin since starting to see a dermatologist. I am now going every 6 weeks--for the foreseeable future, I guess.

Ok, enough yackety-yack. Ewan keeps bringing me toy food--maybe he's telling me it's time for his lunch.

Woo hoo! I just got my two new Amy Bentos -- but, of course, I just got done with GS Legs so there's no way I could tack on a kickboxing workout! I'll try to preview them tonight, though, before Amy's class in LA tomorrow. I'm kind of nervous about it!

Tneah -- Sending you big {{{HUGS}}}!! I'm so sorry to hear that DH wasn't himself yesterday! Remember that he was just really tired from a long day of traveling! Hopefully he'll wake up today and be back to his usual wonderful self! And thanks for all the great info about the products! You are just so sweet! Oh -- and can we use the Stivectin and Idebenol on the same day? Should one go on top of the other? I've been alternating days with them. Thank you soooo much for your kindness and generosity! Today's actually the only day I'll see my Skinny Friend. I was just complaining about it yesterday, but I'll actually see her today!

Lainie -- We were just posting at the same time! Just wanted to say to check the fit/style of your Loft pants; I have a huge rear end, so I have to get the bigger booty fit. If I get any other cut/fit, I have to go larger. So check to see if maybe you're your usual size, but in a different fit! Glad that the boys are better today!

I'll try to BBL!

Leanne, nope, it's my usual fit (I checked my old jeans). I wear the curvy boot cut, because I have a bit of a bubble butt myself. In high school my mom told me I had bullet boobs and a bubble butt, so it was my shape even when I was thin. :p

Hi everyone - brrr. It's cold! I woke up this morning and it was nearly 70 degrees. Well, now it's somewhere in the 50s, I think, windy and cloudy. What a change. But that's okay. I'm not really ready for summer yet. It comes all to fast down here.

Robin - your dinner sounds fabulous. I've never had the nerve to try to make my own pasta.

Leanne - congrats on the melting, and the new car!!! What a way to start the weekend!

Tneah - you should just walk out and leave DH to fend for himself for a day and then see how much he complains! Aaack. I'd smack him. :p I hope things are better now. I sure got a good chuckle from your "natural beauty" comment. Me? I don't think so. I'm just too lazy to mess with it. Oh, and thanks for posting all that info about how to use the products!

Lanie - you stop that! Don't you dare call your jeans "fat jeans." I guess you're not feeling much better, huh? Well, start watching your mail box - I made it to the post office today!

Well, good grief! What is wrong with the people I work for? I mean, really... 1. It's Friday and 2. It's my birthday!!! Why on earth should I be expected to WORK???

Anyway, I finally have a free moment.

Tneah - ugh. I hate it when my SO is grumpy. His grumpiness is like a big cloud of blech hanging over our heads. I hope your DH smartens up soon because as far as I can tell, you're the model of wonderfulness! And thanks for the application lesson. I hope my stuff will be there when I get home today!

Leanne - oh, lucky you getting the new Amys!! And a new car! How exciting! I'd like a new car, but mine's paid for and pretty darn reliable, so I'll be keeping it for a while.

Shannon - repeat after me... 57 F is NOT COLD!!!:p

Lainie - I agree with Shannon that you need to STOP with the fat jeans comments. Women's sizing is ridiculous. I take the widest range of sizes imaginable.

Okay, so my SO got me a gift for my birthday! He got me a really nice pair of Gap pants and a pretty t-shirt to go with them. Unfortunately, he bought the t-shirt in a large. So unless he got me implants to go with the t-shirt, I'll be exchanging it for a smaller size:p

Hey everyone,

Still an 'icy" atmosphere around here. I like Shannon's advice, might have to go away for a few to show him how great I am despite the fact I am forgetful and don't pick up after myself every single friggin time...whatever, I am really done with the Jewish drama already. Will continue on about my day unfazed..yeah right, I am with Shelley, its like a terrible negative haze that hover above us all day.x( Shithead.

OK! Leanne, yep, you can alternate the lotions for sure, or use one in the AM and then one PM.

Shelley, LOL on the implant comment! Even me, with my big ole' boobs, wears a medium at the Gap. ;) Hope your day feels special.:)

Lainie, enough with the fat jeans comment already. Seriously, enough. That is not fat jean size at all so I will not hear you talk like that anymore young lady, and I adore your baby pic (avatar).

I'm with you Shannon, summer comes all too fast for us as well, its holding in the 70's right now so it feels like spring should. In a month, we will all be roasting like suckling pigs.:7

Gotta go run errands and get out of this funky monkey house for a minute, Shelley, if your stuff does not come today, please PM me your phone number, then I can send it 'speedy ship" I guess they need a phone number to send it that way. I am worried you haven't got it yet.

Tneah - I GOT IT, I GOT IT!!! I'm so excited! And my sister sent me beautiful flowers and Sophie got me my favourite yummy Healing Garden Green Tea Theraphy shower gel and stuff and I got a gift from Miss Shannon who is now gone for the weekend and so I'll have to thank her on Monday AND MY BOSS LET ME GO HOME EARLY!!!

This is a good day.:)

Thank you all so much for making me feel special!

Hi melty gals. This morning was no workout because I had to be at work by 3:30 am *yawn*. I had another implementation that had to be done while our users were not logged on. On the good side of going in early, I was able to leave work by noon. Tonight I will do some sort of step video but haven't decided what yet. I'm still a little groggy from my nap.

Deb: Did I see you mention that you have the Christi Taylor's Get Fit and Dance? Overall, what do you really like it? I bought her Core Cardio on pre-sale last time but was disappointed that the pre-sale prices weren't all that great. I thought I'd wait this go 'round before purchasing.

Shelley: Happy B-day! Glad to hear your back is feeling better. Every time I hear of people with back issues I cringe, especially after having a bout with a herniated disc last year. Back pain really hurts!

JT: You had a very challenging workout schedule this week! It just reminds me that I need to step it up some. I've been choosing too many of the 'easier' workouts lately. That's so cool that you're helping someone to get fit. Plus, you get to help her spend money on fitness vids!

Robin: Homemade pasta? You are a domestic diva!

Leanne: I love the look of the Jetta. With the gas prices the way they are these days, I'm sure that does well on gas too. I have colleagues and family members spending $650 a month on gas. That's just crazy.

Tneah: Hope Mr Grumpy Gills gets over his foul mood. My DH has been like that too lately, so I hope his weekend away with his friend gets him back on track.

Lainie: Don't stress about your clothing sizes. I have jeans in my closet that range from 4's to 10's and they all fit. Women's sizes really stink!

Hello to all I might've missed!

Hey Shelly:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

dEB

P.S Sorry I didn't mention earlier today...I think I am in a fog that early!

Yeah Shelley! So happy you received the package, whew. I can stop stressing over it now, those darn customs people! But perfect timing if I do say so myself.;)
Oh, I adore that green tea therapy brand, and used to buy it all the time...I get fickle though, and now am into lavender scents, but that green tea smells heavenly. So happy your birthday was a wonderful one.:)

Ok, so whats up with all you having these adorable bubble butts anyway?Lucky ducks, you know how hard it is for this white girl to put a little junk in the trunk?:D Sheesh. You guys are super lucky, and Leanne, I bet size 00 doesn't have a cute bubble butt like you do...so there.

TK! Whats shakin woman? So good to see you around. You missed my product offer, so I extend it to you of course. Its our companies finest beauty products, I sent them to all the gals. Want some? Yes? Cool, then send my your home address.:) Oh, and you will be happy to hear that we are in the midst of hiring a new captain for our boat. We are finally letting Captain Vodka go! Yes, that is his nickname around the docks, and everyone was just waiting for us to wise up and get rid of him. The final straw came when he hit a underwater sand dune thing, even after it was showing up on the sonar--my dad was there at the time and commented on it. So there ya go. I am so relieved, now maybe we can go to the boat and actually have fun.:) Glad you got a nap in, don't they feel wonderful? I used to nap for 20 mintues every afternoon..a nice recharge, now I just keep sucking the coffee down. Here's to a great weekend with "happy" hubby's...they really need to get over themselves don't they?

Lainie bug, send me your email address, I have your blog one, is that okay to send the diet program to?
