Mega Step Blast & MIC??????

Last year I bought the CTX tapes from Cathe forum without ever having done her step workouts before.I am an advanced exerciser, though. Not smart at the time because I could never seem to get the routines down. The weight work in it I really liked. I have just purchased Mega Step Blast and MIC to try to learn her chorography(sp?, where is Webster when you need him!) Are these two tapes a good investment for learning that? I want to purchase some of Cathe's DVD's (yes CTX being one of them) and I was going back to some of her earlier tapes to try to learn her style. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,
Kim

Yes, I think these are good choices. In my experience, ease with Cathe's choreography has been chronological. I think I have all of her step tapes and I bought them as they came out. The routines in CTX, in addition to including many moves from her earlier tapes, also introduce some tricky (at least for me) new ones (the beginning of the all-step tape and the backwards L-step on the step were a bit shaky for me at first). I just bought Cardio Kicks, and I think this is the easiest cardio tape I have ever bought of Cathe's. I am surprised at how much I like it (because I am not very fond of the kickbox tape in CTX). You might want to try it. Eventually, I bet you buy all of them.

Thanks Lynda, I just wanted to know if I was headed in the right direction. I have Cathe's strength tapes and Cardio kicks, I like kickboxing tapes but I wanted to branch into some step to round out my cardio program. I know I liked the weight sections in the CTX tapes but the rest left me frustrated. This time I will be able to get her DVD's and have a little bit of her style under my belt before I try them again.
