Cathe, When your knee is better, I wonder if you would consider doing another med ball workout. I know this might be difficult to do in a Live format. The 3-3-3 med ball workout that you posted (now years ago!!) during Covid is a favorite, and it's different from the many other metabolic type workouts that you offer. It's hard to find good med ball workouts, but I think med balls are a great way to incorporate agility and upper-body work training.
