I am wondering if Cathe herself can post a SAMPLE "reasonable" daily menu plan for all of us Catheites who follow her rotation. The menu isn't meant for someone to follow everyday, but just a general "daily" allowance that you think is reasonable and adequate when doing your monthly rotations - SIMPLY for us to have an "idea". I understand that everyones needs and goals and body weight are different, but I think a general sample of day's nutrition menu isn't too much to ask. Also, Cathe - are you ever going to come out with a full fitness program (ie. subjects on mass gain/weight loss/success stories and chapters on proper nutrition, which includes sample menu guides and "acceptable" food choices for carbs/fats/protein? You rock! I can't wait to see your body bag work out!!! Thanks!
