Meal-Rotation 2/28

Well, this morning was a fruit smoothie w/no extra added anything bad!!! Lunch is 1 slice Ezekiel bread w/turkey and mustard, snack is cantaloupe. Not sure about supper yet! That's usually last minute.

Tonight will be something very low impact (rotation calls for LIS, but I don't have that) as my knee is swollen a bit but doesn't hurt. Hope it's just fluid.

Carla, I eat canned pineapple in it's own juice. It's always good where as I can never tell w/fresh (and that stuff is expensive)!! If you like cottage cheese, I guarantee you will hooked w/this combination.

Did you read my post on the open forum??? Since starting last Monday I lost 3 Lbs already!!!!! YES!!! The rotation is working, along with the diet habits of course :)

I will definitely try that combination... I love pineapple and I love cottage cheese.... so I'm sure I will be hooked... I have a whole pineapple sitting on my counter... I will try it tonight.

Last night I did 30 min of IMAX2 and 30 min of yoga (dance the Chakras - kundalini with Raviana).... I didn't have the energy to do the whole IMAX2.

Today for breakfast I had a banana, oatmeal, and just now a LaraBar... for lunch I will have an Amy's frozen meal.... and tonight a BIG salad with tempeh and the cottage cheese and pineapple :)

Not sure what I'm doing for workout tonight... I think I will have in the mail the gym style legs... maybe I will cheat the rotation today to try this new dvd :)
