Does anyone know how long this workout is? I seem to recall it being about an hour(?). I'm looking for about 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights...would this do it?

I couldn't tell you the exact numbers, but there's not much cardio in BC. So, I think the answer is no. If you are looking for 30/30 4ds is good (if you don't already have it).
I used to do this mix quite a bit. It is about an hour but only about 10 minutes of cardio but heartrate does stay pretty high. My top pic for getting an even amount in is circuitmax. It does have more cardio than weights though.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I'll pick one of Cathe's circuit workouts instead. I've been doing 4 Days and I'm looking for a change (and I don't own circuit max).
