ME/BC Premix

This is probably too late for you to be useful--I seem to remember that this is about an hour long. I Love, love, love this one and have not done it in a while because I am pregnant.

The cardio portions are very short, but the weights in between move so quickly that the sweat really rolls and the heart rate stays up (for me anyway). There is also a lot of leg work in this one.

I cannot wait for it post partum.
