I wanted to touch base with you about the Myoplex shakes and see how you are liking them.

I like the vanilla cream, pina colada, banana cream pie (these two come in the tropical variety pack) and strawberry cream. I tried the chocolate variety pack and was not fond of the Chocolate Peanut Butter or the Chococlate Truffle. I returned it to GNC (they let you do that in 30 days) and got Strawberry Cream. That one is pretty good made with one cup of skim milk and 4 cubes, although it is better w/some frozen strawberries and a half packet of splenda added (read below)

Someone here had mentioned that they put in a bit of splenda to their shake and I decided to try it this morning. It made all of the difference in the world. Without it, the shake was a little bland but with it, it was very yummy! I almost wonder if I should try the chocolate again and add the splenda. Just thought I would share!

Next month when I buy them, I am going to try and find that pack that you mentioned with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. That'd be the best for me. Theey don't sell a whole box of banana cream pie but that one is definitely my favorite :9 )

I use the Orange Jublilee. It has Splenda already in it. Someone had mentioned they don't use it because of it's previous ingredient of Aspartame.. Get em shipped to you, they're cheaper.

Hi Christine,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I have been gone almost all day. Went bike shopping and then for a bike ride w/ the boys. It was fun. I can't believe the difference with a bike cart for my three year old on the back of my bike. More weight to pull!

I liked the vanilla cream, chocolate cream, dark chocolate, and I have had a taste of the chocolate peanut butter (my husbands) but I couldn't tell much from that. I will have to make my own. He didn't like it though. Have yet to try the chocolate mint and the chocolate caramel. Oh and the strawberry cream. Have not made it to the store to get the tropical yet. I also want to try the cookies and cream, but it only comes in a big box.

I will have to try the splenda in one and see how it tastes. Will let you know how the others are when I try them. Thanks for sharing!! I'm not sure what other flavors there are (if any). I just know about the ones that GNC had.

Have you tried any of the nutrition bars from Myoplex lite? I thought the chocolate chocolate chip one wasn't bad.

I actually had one for breakfast this morning! It was something like "caramel peanut butter" and it was pretty good. I left it in the car overnight so it was sort of hard & chewy but I'd bet it isn't that was normally!

BF had the "Cookies & Cream" in the deluxe and it wasn't so good. He is going to return them.

I like the tropical pack but I wish they sold them individually too b/c I am not crazy at all about the mango/pineapple flavor x(
