What's the difference between a Cathlete, a Catheite, and a Member?

I thought a DeCathlete was something like Decaf coffee - like they were De-Cathenated, and they no longer liked her!

Here's my dumb question...I have figured out that DH means husband, DS means son, etc. but what does the the "D" stand for?

D = Dear DH= Dear Husband,...

I think the D usually stands for 'Dear' or 'Darling'. Although there are times it's probably a different 'D' word
