Oh, Beth, I'm so, so sorry to hear of the news about your mom. So hard. I'm praying for a her and your family. Sending lots of cyberhugs your way. (())
Beth, I was wondering about doing the lunges first in Tonique. Thanks for experimenting!
I'll probably do it as is next time. Great news about Travis! Sounds very fun. One mom from Jameson's class is organizing a party at a VFW hall after graduation, which is on a Wed. night. Some of the 8th graders put a band together and are going to be playing there, which should be cool.
Chris, I think Jameson had spacers, but I can't remember exactly what they are like. It all blurs together! But, Jameson or Ian have never been sore for more than a day or two with any of the ortho stuff they've had done. As far as eating, the only restriction is no sticky stuff like gummy candy, taffy, etc. Wow, brownies and skateboarding!! I hope for the teachers' sake they both get there safely! I'm sure the drums are annoying
, but that actually sounds like fun! The band in your house!! I guess it might get worse in the summer when they have more free time, though!
OK, tell me how you make the avocado with the eggs. When do you put it in?? I never really eat avocado except in guacomole. Well, yesterday I had a sandwich from a new mexican restaurant here by work and it had avocado in it. Oh my, it was sooo good!! Now I want to try more stuff with avocado! And, you're all making those eggs sound good!
Kathy, enjoy PUB! Ian had some appliance to help with his overbite, too. He had to wear it at night. Now he needs braces on the top again, just to straighten things out a bit. If he hadn't lost his retainer four different times, we probably wouldn't have to do this. ugh!
Hottie, hopefully your funk will ease as TOM goes away! Hang in there!
Today's workout was BBL Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck. Tomorrow I need to get back to running for cardio.
Must go...have a good day!
