Me too--I've actually made this suggestion before--I love the intensity of MIC & find that only the IMAX videos are as tough, but they're anaerobic & I definitely prefer a super-intense aerobic workout.
This is a great idea!!! I would love to see a 90 minute MIC 2 with first 60 minutes all Hi/lo with the last 30 minutes all step blasts!! That would be great!!!

MIC 2: would be all out kick butt Hi/Lo cardio, with Intensity blasts at the end of each very hard cardio section.. then right back to the Hi/Lo....NOW that is what I am talking about!!!
