Mark Blanchard's Progressive Power Yoga

Hello,
I checked out this DVD at Collage Video and am interested. I am adding in more yoga to my routine and would like some variety. I have found yoga to work for me a heck of a lot better that ibuprofen. :) I have been using Rodney Yee and David Swenson. Has anyone tried it? What do you think?
Thanks,
Gloria

I own everything by Mark. He's tough. I like him. A lot of his practices are 90 minutes.....but they are very good. He's not the best with instruction....but it doesn't bother me much. He's very passionate about his yoga and I think he just gets caught up in the pose. Sometimes I have to glance at the screen to make sure I'm in the right position. Others have complained about his voice in his first series....again....I just think it's his passion coming thru. I really like him. He inspired me to start practicing a lot more advanced yoga and work thru an injury in the process. I am becoming stronger and more advanced all of the time.

I say go for it and order it......and I think you'll like it. I don't do a lot of Rodney Yee. I tend to favor Eion Finn, Rainbeau Mars, Shiva Rea , Blanchard, Bryan Kest, and others.

I love people who are passionate about what they do. It sounds right up my alley. I'm off to purchase it. I can't wait untill I get it!
Thank you so much,
Gloria

Please keep me updated on how you like it. One of my other favorites of his is Vol II of the Progressive Power Yoga (first 3 set series). I think The Foundation is the only one I haven't done out of the Sedona Series. Maybe I'll do it Sunday. Tomorrow I plan on taking a rest day and doing Bryan Kest's CD - Slow & Deep 90 minutes.....I've been stiff as a board lately.
