Hello all intersted in yoga. I picked up three of the new Mark Blanchard Sedona Series DVDS - The Core, The Flow and The Culmination. Do not like them at all. I think it is a personal preference thing. Anyhow there is a description of these on progressivepoweryoga.com
I paid about $55 for the three, have done each one once. So they are opened but brand spankin' new. Any takers? Will consider all offers. Figured I would offer here, before going the ebay route.
