Good morning all!

Judy, thanks for the heads up about the time needed for S\H shoulder, tris and bis. Sure enough, it clocked in at 81 min for me w/o abs.That's a long time for upper body! I have to admit I do stuff in between ( not always stretchng). I'll pay attention the the pets, or pick up the little piece of trash on the carpet that's driving me crazy! (OK, maybe a little OCD)

I may sub out for KPC tomorrow, cause I really don't enjoy kickbox. I may do RS. We'll see what my mood is. Phyllis

Had a great spinning class yesterday evening.

Day two:
not exactly what it says in the March rotation, but I did a 3K run and MM-legs before work and I'll add S&H shoulders tonight plus KM-legdrills.

Hi, ladies.

Phyllis-I'm glad you commented again on the time for the other upper body S&H work (tomorrow for me). I've been getting about 90 minutes each day, so I should be okay, but I'm gonna get up just a bit earlier than normal tomorrow.

Oh, and I'm right there with you on the OCD! LOL. I workout in my basement and when there is time between sets like this, I also pick things up the kids left behind...dust off the TV screen...dust off the TM, etc. LOL

Dutchie, good workout. I always have to do the calculations in my head when you tell us how far you've run! LOL

As for me, I was up at 5am this morning for day 2 of the rotation.
IMax and Core Max #2. I added in some leg curls and leg extensions on my weight bench. I'm missing my lower body work and it's not on the rotation until Saturday! ACK! LOL

I haven't done the original IMax in a VERY LONG time, but found it rather easier than I remember. That's a good sign, I think!

Hello Ladies!!!

Yesterday I did Chest/Back slow and heavy series. Also worked shoulders. I am really feeling the DOMS in my back as I went really heavy with a 30 db behind my head while laying on bench. I used the same weights as Cathe for everything else. I worked lats off smith machine using 60#. Skipped deadlifts as I did them the day before doing BBM workout. I am still hobbling around from the BBM workout...that workout is really making my legs sore! Love it!

Today I will do Imax, Coremax 2 and do some heavy squats as I want to keep feeling DOMS!!!! YEAH!! LOL!

Nice going everyone :7

Today for me is the 45" Treadmill run. I went to my WO room this morning to find a kid (not mine) sleeping in it. So I had to make adjustments. At 8:00am I went to the nieghborhood gym and took out a free one week trial and did my TM run. After a 10" walking WU I ran 5 miles! Then I stretched and did some seroius abs, and came home.

*FYI I don't prefer to run on pavement due to previous injuries. Plus, truth be told, I enjoy the pacing capabilities of the treadmill. It keeps me from going too fast too soon and tiring out. I find my distances are greater on the TM.

Well I might start posting my daily rotation again bc this March one is just what I was looking for - I am switching up the weeks though........so I started on Sunday.....using the GymStyle instead of S&H

Today was Back/shoulders/bi's........what a great workout-I love the bandwork :)

Yesterday I ran instead of Imax.

Sunday was Chest and Tris - ouch is all I have to say!

Judy what type of treadmill do you have??
 
Hey gals. Workout is complete. I switched out IMAX1 for Mindy Mylrea's Awesome Intervals today. IMO it's a more intense workout. Mindy makes me laugh and her workouts are tough, but her cuing is terrible! Cathe does so much better in that respect.

Some sad news. My poor little HRM bit the dust today. The batteries look to be D-E-A-D. I guess I've had it at least 2 years so it was time. Now I gotta make the decision to either get new batteries or shop for a new HRM. Didn't know how much I looked at the HRM until today when I didn't have it!

OMG i am experiencing major chest DOMS from yesterday's workout. I love the S& H series so far, this will be my first time using them after having them for a couple of years. today i did IMAX 2 because i do not have the original Imax. I also did coremax.

tuton-sorry to hear about your HRM. hopefully you will be able to get a new one soon!
 
Hey everyone - I'd like to join in your check in if you don't mind. I'm going to start the March rotation today. I've had a lot of trouble figuring out what rotation to do and finally made up my mind. :)

Are you all on day 7? Or have some of you started later than others like me?

Reba- Our Treadmill is by True and we have been using it consistantly since 1999. I do recommend that brand

Marcia- We all started on different days. Welcome!

TK / Tuton- I am sorry about your HRM. I think it would be neat to have one. My bike has one but other that that I have no clue.

Great - I'll start on Day Two - Week One - Tuesday with IMAX 1 and I don't have Coremax so I will substitute Ab Hits instead.

Here we go....................
