March Rotation Sun Mar 5

Hi all! Today is the start of this rotation for me - S\H chest and back. Not too bad, although my chest is fried by the time I get to the planks. I can't hold them too long. They hurt my lower back so I usually go to my knees. Tomorrow is IMAX 1 followed by CM.
I don't run, so I'll sub the 45 min run. I'm thinking I'll do HC ex intervals.

Hi, Phyllis. I start the rotation tomorrow and am REALLY looking forward to it. I just received S&H on Friday so tomorrow will be my first time out! Mind if I ask what kind of weight you used? How heavy?

Hi Gayle - Let's see - I started out using 12 on the chest, went to 15 (way too heavy for me), then back to 12 for the majority of the rest of chest. I used 15 for the back pullups, and 12 for the pullovers and I think 12 for the rows. Phyllis
 
Thanks, Phyllis, for the #s. I usually preview the weight workouts so I can get an idea what Cathe uses first, but I'm running out of time today to do that. For Gym Style, I usually use the 15-pounders, but have been able to increase to the 20s. I'm gonna wing it tomorrow though!
