Ok, I started today because of having to be away end of next week.
SLOW & HEAVY chest and Back. THe S&H series was never my favorite, but I found myself liking the change up in the pace this morning! The third set of all the chest work found my muscles really shaking.
Then there were those pushups so slow!}( But they are completed.
I think my attitude towards heavey weights is adjusting! :+
