March Rotation Day I

Ok, I started today because of having to be away end of next week.

SLOW & HEAVY chest and Back. THe S&H series was never my favorite, but I found myself liking the change up in the pace this morning! The third set of all the chest work found my muscles really shaking.:eek: Then there were those pushups so slow!}( But they are completed. :p

I think my attitude towards heavey weights is adjusting! :+

Judy and all,

I'd like to join in with you on Monday, if I may! Here's my story...I have been out of a regular exercise routine for m-o-n-t-h-s...and that pattern has not served me well. I *must* get back to it! I took a look at the March rotation, and the strength work all looks do-able to me. I'm not a runner, and I am certainly not IMAX-ready, so I will have to substitute other cardio (most likely CPK or elliptical) for now. But I love the idea of having a plan already outlined for me, along with the accountability of checking in with you!

Thanks in advance for "being there." I will appreciate the support!
