Hi Everyone!
Checking in with 4-DS Lower Body, Shoulders & Abs. It was a good long muscle focused workout. I'm very satisfied that I focused on 4-DS weight training this month. I think it has helped define some of my upper body more. Still working on the lower body with running and kickboxing and weightwork. The lower body is stubborn for me.
Anyhow, I slept like doggie-doo Thursday night, My son's blood sugars were wacky. And when I finally got 2 hours sleep break, the cat woke me up! Grrrr! Anyways, I'm foggy today, headachey, and the workout was hard, but I pushed it and got it done!
Randi... did you say you were going to keep doing 4 DS stuff next month? Since I did alot of the weight work, I might throw in some of the cardio and substitute in the rotation I posted yesterday.
Joanne.... You know, i have no idea where I got that rotation! LOL!. I sometimes surf through the Rotation messages and when I see something that looks good, I save it! I had this saved for whatever reason under "Muscle Focused Rotation". I think it has a lot of good muscle work, but not heavy, like I've been doing. Sorry to hear your son is sick now! I hope your daughter is ok today. Did they put her on antibiotics? At least they're following her closely!! Way to go on the Legs & Glutes AND kickboxing!! You guys are incredible to do both on the same day!
Okay... off to chill a bit and maybe take a nap! I'm tired and my body 'craves' bad food when I'm tired. HATE that!!!
