This is a fast paced solid lower body workout that starts with classic barre exercises (sprinkled with some cardio drills) and finishes with some classic lower body (both standing and floorwork) exercises. Time to sweat

Equipment Needed:

Fit Tower, Barre (or chair)

10 pound hand weights

Stability ball

Fitness mat
