Just finished 4ds cardio power, calves and floor work from GS legs. Feels like I got a good workout in:)

Randi, please share your rotation! I'd like to try some of the 4DS premixes. Does cardio power mix up bootcamp and kickbox?

I finished up the weight workouts from 4DS this weekend and this morning. Today I did biceps and triceps and then about 1/2 hour of Amy's new Hi/Lo. Tomorrow will be cardio and maybe some legs.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Two more of my kids came down with this icky virus. My daughter's fever finally broke last night. Everyone seemed OK this morning, so off to school they went!
 
Hi Girls...

I ended up doing Pyramid Upper Body today, and then did 1/2 of the new workout I got, Hip Hop Abs, Ab Sculpt. PUB blew me away! I've gotten so used to SLOW HEAVY weight lifting, my God, I felt like i was in fast motion doing PUB.. holy camolie! And I'm thinking I can lift heavier, since I'm used to it, but it was TOUGHER since the pace was so fast!

My Hip Hop Abs DVD came today, and I was really curious about it, so I did 1/2 of the Ab Sculpt. It's all standing abs, with light weights. Okay, first of all, i felt like a white girl trying to dance, but it was kind of fun, and I really felt it in my abs! I only had time for 1/2 of it though. it was kind of nice looking at a hot ripped guy while I was working it.. LOL!!

Randi... I'd love to see your Rotation! I thought I'd start the one I have, but am missing 4DS!!

Body max 2 cardio only BM2 abs
4DS Chest shoulders Tris
4DS Back and Bi's b&g stability ball abs
4DS Legs plus S&H Legs

I'm kind of following Cathe's Feb rotation but different workouts

Week 2:
4DS LIS Circuit plus abs
Imax 3
KickMax plus B&G floorwork, Core Max #1
Gym style Chest and Tri's
GS Back Shoulders and Bis CM #2
GS Legs

Week 2:
4DS Kickbox plus upperbody
Bootcamp lower body circuit premix plus 4ds calves Core Max #3
4DS Double Cardio
4DS back and chest CM tough core
4DS bis tris and shoulders
4ds Legs plus legs and glutes ankle weight work CM balanced core

Week 4:
4DS Bootcamp plus upperbody abs
Kick punch and crunch abs plus 4DS legs
Any Cardio fusion premix
GS Legs
GS Bi's and Tris CM balanced core
GS Chest shoulders and back

Week 5:
4DS Total Body
KM
Imax 3 plus 4DS Triceps LIS abs only
4DS KIckbox legs and core
4DS Back and shoulders
4DS chest and bi's CM tough core
