March 3 post maximizing time...

On 3/3 a woman named Rach posted a question about your personal workout plan because she admired your lean and muscular physique. I too am curious- of course, Eric has changed your schedule and, probably your goals as well, but how often, how intensely did you work out to maintain your body? If you don't mind our asking? I hope to increase my lean body mass. I have all of your strength tapes as well as many of the cardio and am an avid runner. What would you prescribe as far as weight-training to become muscular. I am 5', 7", 125 pounds, long-limbed and angular, i.e. not particuarly well-muscled. I'd like to be and have the equipment to weight train heavy. I go on and on! I'd love a reply!
