Good Morning it's 4am! I don't know why i'm up this early, don't have to be at work till noon. I will be doing GS standing legs only the 4DS legs b/4 I go to work. Hope everyone had a great Easter!

Checking in for Monday:

I ended up skipping workouts on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was my regular "rest" day, anyhow. But Saturday I cleaned, cleaned , cleaned. I know not up to a cathe workout, but I really was moving a LOT!

Easter was nice! Went by so quickly though, but we all had a bunch of fun, ate 50/50. I can do so well before and during the meal, but when dessert hits... I can't hold back! I did , at least , make a few healthier treats. I'll have to post the Lemon Bar one! It was a hit with everyone and the girls at work, who I brought leftovers to.

I did work Sunday night overnight, after the party. I was POOPED! Had some real down moments (sooooo tired, and started nodding off!) and my the majority of my patients were a "tough crowd". So it was a harder than usual night..

Today, I did scheduled 4 DS Triceps and Biceps. And then added in Turbo Jam Fat Blaster (30 minutes of intervals), and then did LIC Abs. Not bad on 4 and 1/2 hours sleep!

Kathy. hope you enjoyed PS!! The step workout sounds fun!

Randi. I agree, your pic looks great! The definition in your arms is amazing!!

Here's the Lemon Bar Recipe!:

Angel Food Lemon Bars

Serving Size : 16
Points: 3

1 box angel food cake mix/Duncan Hines
1 can Lemon Pie Filling / Musselmans -- *see Note
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon van or lemon extract -- *see Note
1/4 cup water

Mix on low for about 30 sec, and then on medium for 1 min. , and put into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan (bottom only). Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Sift confectioners sugar over the bars while warm. Allow to cool before cutting.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 165 Calories; trace Fat (0.0% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 38g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 329mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Other Carbohydrates.
NOTES : 22 oz. sized can (I used 1 and 1/4 cans of the 15 oz sized, all I could find!)

Thanks for the compliments:) I just put that up there this weekend. My legs are already fried from this morning}( Might do cardio and chest and tris not sure yet what tomorrows going to be like since I can barley walk now!!
