Checking in for Monday:
I ended up skipping workouts on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was my regular "rest" day, anyhow. But Saturday I cleaned, cleaned , cleaned. I know not up to a cathe workout, but I really was moving a LOT!
Easter was nice! Went by so quickly though, but we all had a bunch of fun, ate 50/50. I can do so well before and during the meal, but when dessert hits... I can't hold back! I did , at least , make a few healthier treats. I'll have to post the Lemon Bar one! It was a hit with everyone and the girls at work, who I brought leftovers to.
I did work Sunday night overnight, after the party. I was POOPED! Had some real down moments (sooooo tired, and started nodding off!) and my the majority of my patients were a "tough crowd". So it was a harder than usual night..
Today, I did scheduled 4 DS Triceps and Biceps. And then added in Turbo Jam Fat Blaster (30 minutes of intervals), and then did LIC Abs. Not bad on 4 and 1/2 hours sleep!
