Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday March 19, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Lower Body Fire” LIVE! This all standing, lower body workout will gradually build in intensity right from the warm up. Be sure to work hard and challenge yourself and pick up heavier weight whenever you’re able to. Embrace the challenge!
Equipment needed:
A variety of weighted dumbbells ( 10lbs-25lbs is suggested, but feel free to use heavier or lighter weight if preferred)
Two small plates to elevate your heels/toes
