I'm going to try to do 4DS Legs and S&H Legs will see how tough that is}( By the way I'm 28 and I had to move back home to pay off my Credit Cardsx( I learned my lesson! Have a great day ladies

Hi ladies!!

Wow, Randi that is early....

Checking in today with Pure Strength chest, shoulders and triceps...

Hi ladies!! I missed most of last week here...I had a conference at work so I wasn't around too much. I'll have to go back to read some old threads to see what everyone is up to!

Randi, ouch!! What a leg workout. You'll be feeling that tomorrow.

Last week I did Amy's Slo-Mo series, except for the legs. I subbed B&G. I really liked it - I may do it again this week. My knee is feeling much better. Yesterday I did 4DS Kickbox and Legs. The DVD kept freezing. Not fun! Today was KCM step boxing. I like that workout more every time I do it.

Kathy, I really like the PS series when I did it a few weeks ago. Very straightforward and gets the job done!

Have a great St. Pat's day!!

Joanne

Hey everyone!!

Holy leg workout, Randi! That's intense! Sorry you have the same crap shift this week. I love the way you work around it to get your workout in, though.

Kathy.. you'll have to let us know how PS went today.

Joanne! Nice to see you !! That Slo-Mo workout sounds like a good one. Glad your knee is better too. Is the 4 DS the DVD that has been freezing before? Did you ever call customer service at cathe.com?

I ended up doing the Shoulders,Chest & Triceps Premix from 4 DS today, and that was it. Today was hard, because my DH worked last night and I had to get up on 4 hours sleep and do laundry and take care of the boys. HIS usual Monday "job".

So that's all I did. The KM from yesterday left my legs barkin' today! felt good!!!

I surpassed our traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner today and made a friendlier "Irish" themed dish called "Reuben Pasta Casserole". I'll post the recipe..it was SOOO good! And easy. And I got the corned beef from the deli, and it was a LOT leaner and healthier....YUM!

Hope you had a nice St. Pat's day!!

~Chris

Hi!

Yesterday was a much needed day off. Started today with the Monday ho-hums, but IMAX 2 cured that!

Hope you all have a happy and healthy week ahead!
