Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Wicked Lower Body and Core” LIVE! The name says it all!!! Get ready to squat, push, press and stretch your way through a challenging lower body and core workout.

Equipment Needed:

Sets of dumbells… I’ll be using 10’s, 12’s and 15’s. Feel free to select heavier or lighter weight if preferred, especially for squats and deadlifts.

Just did it. Did all the weight Cathe did. But, for the moguls, mountain climbers, etc. I didn’t use the gliding device. This one isn’t dancy. There are straight leg exercises. It lasted between 50 to 52 minutes. There are little breaks going between exercises.
