March 08 Check In ... Saturday

Ahhhhh! I got a good night's sleep last night and my headache is GONE! Keeping my fingers crossed that is stays away this weekend too!

I just got done a few minutes ago with the last cardio of the March rotation I did. I ended up doing a Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick & Jam. Got good and sweaty! I always think I won't, and then I'm dripping at the end.

I ended up buying a new workout on Ebay yesterday. You guys are probably going to laugh, but I got Shaun T's "Hip Hop Abs, Level 2". I just wanted some NON step cardio to add into my week. Seems like all I have is Step (mostly Cathe!!) and Kickbox style workouts. So , hey, I'll give it a shot!! I just don't want to burn out my calf again on all Step again!!

So onto a work weekend. I guess I'm due for it, the last 2 weekends, I only worked one overnight!! I'm getting spoiled!

Off I go to clean....

NO workout today..My sister and her kids and my family went to DC and saw some monuments and the cherry blossoms. So, we walked AlOT!! It was crowded in DC today!!

JUst got off work a little bit ago. Today is my rest day;)
I think tomorrow I'll start circuit/totalbody. I hate changing my routine its hard to when you've been doing somthing for so long.
