Oh no, PLB again in 2 days! I dont do the leg pressed with the BB. I'm too afraid I'll fall, so I use DB. I'm OK with the weight for my lower body, but it's hoisting the BB over my head that gets me! I guess it would be nice to have a rack for the bar instead of having to lower it to the floor. That won't happen tho, as my LR is my gym.
