Hi Ladies,

How was your weekend? Did everyone get in their workouts?

I had a great weekend and it was in the 70s here in Utah. Beautiful weather.

Friday was a 6.5 mile run and PP for upper body 1 set.
Saturday was a 3.3 mile interval run and L&G.
Sunday was yard work. Active rest.

Not sure what I will be doing today yet.

Good morning everybody.

I took a long hike on Saturday, but otherwise took the weekend off because my right knee was really sore. This morning I did ME and plan to hit the treadmill for interval running at lunchtime.

The rest of the week is planned like this:

Tues: KPC
Wed: L&G - lunchtime interval run
Thurs: IMAX2
Fri: PUB - lunchtime interal run
Sat: Bootcamp

Yesterday was the first day I noticed a difference. My pants fit more loosely and the definition is starting to show in my legs.

I am one happy woman :)

Hi everyone,

Let's see, Saturday was IMAX. Then because I was feeling pretty energetic, I tacked on the cardio portion of Bootcamp. I believe Aquajock suggested this one. My legs were pretty fried but I was encouraged I could still walk.

Sunday was L&G and the abs from KPC.

This morning was PS upper body.

I'll try to find out more about this freestyle stuff too. I believe it's worth a try.

I'm having lots of fun with this rotation and checking in with you guys everyday!

Hello everyone!
I did power hour for the first time on Saturday and my upper body is still sore! that is a good workout.
Sunday I did CTX kickbox and abs- fun little workout.
Today I did PLB, elliptical 15 min and then PUB abs.
Tomarrow I am going to try to do SB.
I would love to get more info on freestyle training. It sounds daunting to work legs everyday!

Good Morning.....Yesterday I did the cardio from BC, core form BC, ball work from PLB, and PP, 2 sets UB. Today I am going to do Imax Extreme minus the weight work. I am just starting week 3, and after this week, I may take my measurements. Hopefully, it is working!!!

Hi Everyone,

I did SJP cardio last night and then Super Sets. I have been wanting to try out Super Sets again. So, I replaced the weight work of SJP with Supersets. The one legged squats hurt and the concentration curls were killers in that workout. I am still not sure what I think of this workout yet.

After this rotation we should be ready to try out the freestyle training and work legs 4-6 times a week..

I think it will be a run for me tonight. My husband will be home today. He has been gone for 2 weeks..

Morning Ladies,

Let’s see! Sunday morning I hopped on my treadmill for 30 minutes, which was supposed to had been 1 hour. Later that evening, I was to do Legs & Glutes. But, it didn’t happen. So, I had to change my rotation for this week.

Sun: 30 min jog / Rest day
Mon: Leg & Glutes & 20 min cardio on tread.
Tues: MIS upper & abs
Wed: Floor Burn & Step Intervals
Thurs: Abs & Muscle Endurance
Fri: Abs & Imax 2
Sat: Cardio Kicks

It was KPC for me this morning, about 40 minutes worth.

Beverly, I looked at your website and noticed you were doing a pike. I have shyed away from these because they look so hard but I tried Sunday and felt like with time I could do them. Were you able to do them on your first attempt? Could you give me a tip or two that would help me finally get my butt up there? Thanks a bunch.
 
Hi girls!

Did the ol' KPC this morning and feel great. Wish I had brought my running stuff to work. I have really started looking forward to those noontime treadmill workouts. Had a couple of bites of a sticky roll this morning x( , but otherwise its been a Myoplex Lite shake with a salad and chicken planned for lunch. Stepped on the scale this morning and have lost a pound.

I am lovin' this rotation.
